Quality Senior Living

John Dugan’s mission to create quality senior living in Goddard, KS was inspired by his mother. Unexpectedly, he found himself as one of the first residents. John’s rehab therapy influenced the addition of the Lokomat, a state of art robot assisted treadmill, that rebuilds muscles after a stroke.

John Dugan had a big vision for Goddard as a builder. When creating Dove Estates John had a vision inspired from all the things that should have been improved from the home his mother was in. For example, larger hallways, more common area and more lighting. Another thing important to him was the heating and cooling air. Every room has a kitchen. Residents might not use them a lot, but if they don’t have it people miss them. Their fitness room is large and has plenty of lighting and includes the Lokomat and Aremeo to help the brain work the arms and lets. The fitness center helps the residents maintain a better quality of life and more mobility.
