Who says brain health has to be serious all the time?
This engaging session takes a fresh, uplifting look at how creativity, play, movement, and music can help keep your mind active, flexible, and resilient as you age. Instead of focusing on what we lose, we’ll explore what we can build—new connections, new skills, and new ways to stay mentally engaged.
Led by experts in their fields, this program blends insight with experience to show how simple, enjoyable activities can support cognitive function, boost mood, and bring more energy into everyday life.
It’s not about performing or getting it “right.” It’s about staying curious, trying something new, and giving your brain a reason to light up.
Come ready to learn, laugh a little, and rethink what it means to keep your marbles.
