The Untold Connection Between Food, Energy, and Aging Well
Most conversations about food focus on weight. This one goes much deeper.
What we eat—and the choices we make every day—affect far more than the number on a scale. Food and lifestyle influence energy, metabolism, inflammation, brain health, muscle strength, immunity, sleep, and even our ability to remain independent as we age.
Join us for a lively, practical series of conversations exploring the connection between food, supplements, brain health, and healthy aging. We’ll unpack how everyday choices shape how we feel today and function in the years ahead. You’ll gain insights into nutrition, metabolic health, cognitive wellness, and evidence-informed approaches to aging well—without guilt, perfection, or complicated rules.
Whether you’re looking for more energy, better brain health, greater confidence about supplements, or simply ways to stay strong and independent, you’ll leave with practical, actionable ideas you can start using right away.
About our Program:
Supplements: What Helps, What’s Hype, and What’s Right for You
More than 75% of people take nutritional supplements—but how do you know what actually works for you?
In this practical, down-to-earth session, Matt Murray will explore how to make sense of the supplement conversation in a world full of conflicting advice. We’ll look at how to think critically about supplements, where to find trustworthy information, and how to decide what may—or may not—be helpful for your individual needs.
Supplements can play a role in filling nutritional gaps, preventing deficiencies, and supporting different life stages and health needs. This discussion will focus on building a strong nutritional foundation that supports immune health, energy and vitality, stress management, digestion, and mental sharpness.
You’ll leave with a clearer, more confident framework for evaluating supplements and making informed choices that support overall wellness.
