Your home is full of stories—and sometimes, those stories pile up faster than you realize. There’s the chair that’s become a permanent clothes catcher, the hallway stacked with boxes “for later,” and the drawer you haven’t opened in years but can’t bring yourself to empty. Clutter happens to all of us, and while it might feel harmless, it can quietly weigh on your safety, your peace of mind, and your independence.
This session dives into the real impact of clutter as we age, with practical, guilt-free strategies for downsizing without losing what matters most. You’ll learn how to decide what to keep, what to let go of, and how to create a home that actually works for your life. Whether you’re preparing for a move, thinking about simplifying your surroundings, or just craving a little more breathing room, you’ll walk away with actionable tools to reduce stress, honor your memories, and reclaim your space.
No perfection required. No judgment. Just real-life guidance for downsizing successfully and creating a home that feels lighter, safer, and fully yours. By the end, you’ll have concrete strategies to simplify your space, protect your independence, and live in a home that supports the life you want to lead—without tripping over it along the way.
