Crista Switzer is the founder of abcd TECH, a Wichita-based technology support company dedicated to helping adults — especially those 55+ — navigate today’s digital world with clarity and confidence.
With nearly a decade of experience at Cox Communications in technical support, communications, and data analytics, Crista understands both the technical side of systems and the human side of using them. She built enterprise reporting tools, streamlined processes, and developed user-friendly solutions — always focused on making complex information easier to understand and use.
During her years in tech support, she noticed something that didn’t sit right: as people age, they’re often rushed or overlooked when it comes to technology. Crista decided to change that.
Through abcd TECH, she provides patient, in-home support designed specifically for those who may not consider themselves “tech savvy.” Whether it’s learning to text, understanding an iPhone or Android device, setting up backups, removing viruses, fixing slow computers, or solving WiFi and printer frustrations, Crista meets clients where they are — literally and figuratively.
