Jill D. Miller – Program Director
Jill D. Miller is passionate about helping people continue to grow—professionally, personally, and in every season of life. Through her consulting company, Creative Solutions, she has helped both new and seasoned entrepreneurs launch meaningful (and sometimes delightfully unconventional) ventures since 1998.
Jill discovered her love of teaching as a corporate trainer and has spent years guiding people through change, reinvention, and growth. She continues to share that passion as an adjunct professor at Wichita State University, where she encourages curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning.
As the Headmistress of the Finishing School for Modern Women, Jill has worked with thousands of women since 2015, helping them navigate transitions, overcome obstacles, and step into their next chapter with clarity and purpose. She is also the founder of the Badass Women of Wichita Alliance, a community built around connection, service, and the belief that personal power doesn’t fade with age—it expands.
Jill is the author of Never Finished: Practical Advice for Modern Women to Inspire Your Fierce, Authentic Self and Unstoppable: A Guide to Reclaim Your Power and Create Your Own Path. Her writing reflects her core belief: growth doesn’t stop at retirement—it simply takes on new meaning.
Deeply engaged in the Wichita community, Jill leads cultural and women’s organizations and volunteers extensively. When she’s not working or writing, she enjoys the arts and relaxing at home with her miniature rescue poodle, Jack.
