We are going to feature some local Seniors that are ready to inspire and share what they’ve been doing to stay physically empowered to thrive!
(Please feel free to wear whatever you’d like. Many of us will be in comfy workout attire. We will get the opportunity to try a few stretches and exercise movements with the fitness experts presenting to us.)
